The land we buy, and what we look for.

We buy vacant land, specializing in the Southeast United States. Here's what we usually look for, so you can decide quickly if your land is a fit.

What we look for

What makes land a good fit

Every tract is different. These are some of the things we look at first.

Larger tracts, usually 20 acres or more.

Most of the land we buy is 20 acres or larger. If yours is a little smaller, reach out to us and we'll take a look.

Road frontage and property access.

We give priority to land that touches a public road, because it's easier for the next owner to reach and use. Land with a properly established legal easement may still work.

Mostly dry, usable ground.

We look for land that's mostly high and dry. Ground you can walk, hunt, farm, or build on someday. A creek, pond, or some low spots work great, but usable land is a must.
