About Oakpoint Land Solutions
We're a small, family owned operation based in the Southeast, and we keep it small on purpose. We like the way we work, because we're able to stay honest, professional, and able to find creative solutions for the people we work with.
We started Oakpoint after experiencing how challenging it was to sell a piece of inherited land (following Louisiana succession) 18 years ago. After successfully navigating the process, we became very invested in professionally learning everything we could about land inheritance, real estate, vacant land transfers, and everything in between.
We're a small team. You'll know exactly who you're working with and will become very familiar with us.
We care deeply about the areas we invest in. We work hard to ensure that the land we buy sees new, meaningful use. We've connected the land we buy to people looking to establish a hunting camp, people wanting to build a family compound, people wanting to start a farm, and a variety of other meaningful futures.
We build relationships we can stand behind. We take each purchase very personally and ensure we've done the right thing at every step.
We're rooted in the Southern United States. Each of us understands the unique value and culture behind the areas we make offers in. We're born and raised in the Southeast, and have lived or extensively traveled to most of the areas we invest in.
We know land. Our team has professional, actual experience in real estate, banking, finance, real estate investing, and property development. After years of successful, fast real estate transaction closes, we have experienced and solved for nearly every "challenge" you can imagine.
