Who we are
The team behind Oakpoint.
We're Kristen and Eric. We started Oakpoint to make selling land simple and personal, doing things the right way every time. We've intentionally kept Oakpoint small so that every seller gets our full attention.
After sitting on the seller's side of the table over and over, it taught us what a seller needs most: clear answers, an honest working relationship with the buyer, and someone who knows how to handle the hard parts.

Once we've both signed the contract, a licensed title company handles your closing.

Close on your timeline.
We close as fast as title work allows. The title company handles your closing remotely and sends your funds directly to you, usually as a wire or a check.

What do you do with the land you buy?
Each property is different. What we do with each one is different, too. In most cases, we make improvements before selling it to someone who'll use it. Our offer leaves room for that work.
Land we've bought has gone on to become hunting camps, homesites, small farms.
We do not sell to large, corporate buyers. We also do not sell to international buyers.
